What should I have ready?

Your goal, timing and a rough idea of the numbers are enough to begin. You don’t need documents ready for the first conversation.

Do you charge a broker fee?

We generally don’t charge a broker fee on standard residential home loans. Any fee for specialist or commercial work is explained before work begins.

How quickly will you respond?

We aim to respond promptly during business hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AET. You can include a preferred contact time in your enquiry.

Can you help if I’m outside Victoria?

Yes. We work with clients Australia-wide by phone and video, with in-person appointments available by arrangement in Melbourne and Ballarat.

Does this start a loan application?

No. This form asks us to contact you. A lender application only starts later if you choose to proceed after we explain the options and requirements.
