Talk through the numbers before you commit.
Speak with a mortgage and finance broker about buying, refinancing, investing, building, bridging or business finance. You will get clear next steps and a practical view of what information matters next.
Do not send identity documents, bank statements or other sensitive financial records through an ordinary website message. We will provide a secure process when documents are required.
Choose the contact method that suits the decision.
The first conversation is designed to identify the useful next step—not to pressure you into an application.
Call a broker
Speak directly on 0407 908 024. If the call is missed, leave a short message with the best return time.
Send a general enquiry to admin@ratechallenge.com.au. Avoid attaching sensitive documents until a secure channel is provided.

In-person appointment
Melbourne CBD and Ballarat Central appointments are available by arrangement. Confirm the meeting before attending.
A short first contact should make the next step clearer.
You do not need to know every figure before calling. A rough goal, timing and position is enough to begin.

We clarify the decision

Useful answers before you get in touch.
How quickly will Rate Challenge respond?
During business hours, Rate Challenge aims to respond promptly. Complex enquiries may need a short initial call before a useful answer can be provided.
What should I have ready?
A rough goal, timeline, postcode, loan amount, property value or purchase price, deposit or equity and income type are enough for the first conversation.
Do you work outside Victoria?
Yes. Phone and video meetings are available Australia-wide. In-person meetings are available by arrangement around Melbourne, Geelong and Ballarat.
Does submitting the form start a loan application?
No. It requests contact from Rate Challenge. A lender application only starts later if you choose to proceed after the options and requirements are explained.
Do you charge a broker fee?
Rate Challenge generally does not charge a broker fee on standard residential home loans. Any fee for specialist or commercial work is disclosed before work begins.
Can I send my documents with the first email?
It is better to wait for a secure document process. Avoid sending identity documents, bank statements or passwords through an ordinary contact message.
Ready for a practical first conversation?
Call, email or use the enquiry form above. A broker will help identify what matters next and whether a detailed comparison is worthwhile.
